At Poppin Bubble Studios, we take pride in creating high-quality collectible products.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at esther@gumitupmakers.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Limited edition collectibles
• Kickstarter rewards
• Pre-order items
• Stickers and apparel that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
